Under Review * - The top right corner of the Incentive Level screen shows the capacity “Under Review” for the current incentive level. The “Under Review” capacity includes all submitted reservation applications that have not yet moved to the "Approved by CEC" status.

An imminent decline in the NSHP Incentive Level will occur as the “Balance Until Incentive Level Changes” approaches a zero balance. By checking this incentive levels page on a regular basis, applicants can make their own estimate of when the NSHP Incentive Level will decline.

Please be aware that the reservation application may be subject to a lower incentive level than the incentive level shown in the Incentive Level screen at the time of the reservation application submission. The final NSHP incentive amount reserved for an application is confirmed when the California Energy Commission has approved the reservation application.

Balance Until Incentive Level Changes ** - This column shows how much capacity remains in the current incentive level prior to a change to the next incentive level.

Balance Until Incentive Level Changes = (Adjusted Goal) – (Adjusted Approved) – (In Plan Check) - (Under Review)

Market Rate Housing *** - The Capacity values in the table include the affordable housing capacity values.
